Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, all payments made to Maavee Systems are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

2.1 Initial Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your VPS service, you may request a refund within 3 days of the initial purchase.
This applies only to first-time purchases of a service.

2.2 Service Unavailability

If there is a prolonged service outage caused solely by Maavee Systems, and we are unable to restore service within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a partial or full refund.

2.3 Billing Errors

If you are incorrectly charged due to a system or administrative error, we will issue a full refund of the incorrect amount.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Renewals of services (monthly or otherwise)
Change of mind after the refund window has passed
Misconfiguration or misuse of services by the customer
Violations of our Terms of Service
Suspension or termination due to policy violations
Third-party software, licenses

4. Free Services

Free services (including backups, SSL certificates, VPN access, and Best-effort support for non-complex issues) are provided "as-is" and are not eligible for refunds or compensation.

6. Refund Method

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services and account.
